Gulfshore Business Honors Target Roofing President with 40 Under 40 Award

Casey, President of Target Roofing

Gulfshore Business has named Casey Crowther, president of Target Roofing & Sheet Metal, to its prestigious 40-under-40 list for 2019.

Gulfshore Business has been recognizing 40 individuals under 40 years of age annually since 2003, profiling some of Southwest Florida’s top rising stars. The write up about Casey included his advice to the next generation of young leaders: “Get into an industry that you’re passionate about and learn everything you can from everyone around you. Take the time to understand the ‘why’ of a company’s processes and procedures. After that, there is no secret sauce. No magic pill. No overnight success.”

The award recognizes “young leaders who have distinguished themselves in their professions and in their communities. And many of these individuals have made significant contributions to the region’s economic, charitable and civic well being.”

As Target Roofing’s president, Casey has led the company through an unprecedented period of growth fueled by its dynamic, hardworking team of employees. The company is regarded as Southwest Florida’s top commercial roofing company and is known for its responsiveness, reliability and accountability.

The magazine also commended Casey for his community service. For the past seven years, Casey and his wife, Margo, have planned and executed the Fort Myers Pro Rodeo, which has benefited a number of charitable causes. As a company, Target Roofing has partnered with Lee BIA Builders Care, Habitat for Humanity, Community Cooperative and other local organizations that provide programs and services to Southwest Florida residents.

“I am thrilled to be recognized by Gulfshore Magazine, and want to congratulate all of this year’s honorees,” Casey said. “Like the magazine stated, these young leaders will be the ones providing the vision and expertise to keep Southwest Florida moving forward, and you can’t help but be excited with the caliber of these individuals leading the way.”
